Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • unused
  • in original packaging
  • returned within 7 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
